Any Intel into when the second round of layoffs will be coming?

It looks like there was a big layoff in Troy, OH today.
The Sept 4 layoffs were already announced with the latest round. The Sept 4 day was something that was required by the state of Iowa. It’s not a new round.
When (not if) the next round comes, my guess it would be after 3Q numbers hit. Expect another whammy around October 1.
