This company is being held up by duct tape and regret. They're too cheap to let us buy shipping boxes, yet they expect us to finish all of our CDS orders every day. They've cut our hours and let go of so many useful people and wonder why so many customer complain about not getting their orders. They've played hide and seek with angry customers and make them go through hoops just to find out the item they ordered a month ago still is "missing". Because of this, the customer calls stores who didn't even place the damn order and the employees get harassed by both the customer and their DM when Karen decides to complain.
I am so sick of working my butt off for a company that doesn't care about me or its customers. I used to love working here and I kept telling myself things will get better. They just keep getting worse. I wish i could quit right now, but my small city doesn't have a lot of options.
