Will it make a comeback? Will it be a victim of the retail apocalypse? any ideas?

No way will it be here in 2 years, they owe millions to vendors and are behind on rents and other bills, their Moody’s credit rating is as low as it can get.
I doubt Belk will make it much longer. Less than a year.
It won't be here in 2 years. Belk will have liquidated by then or the stores will be split up and sold. If somehow it's still around, it will be much smaller, with a lot less stores.
Belk may make it to mid 2021 and thats being generous.
It’s on life support now, I doubt it has two years left.
