That didn’t take long now did it?
Corporate already RAISED our Sales Per Hour Target! In some cases it’s been doubled depending on your department.
Can we at least get some Vaseline to go with the new incentive program?!?!

Yes all of ours doubled the amount per hours. Whats crazy is most of the time we are scheduled hours when the store is closed. I don't mind closings but the hours need to reflect only open customer facing hours.
No matter what they give you its no where near as good as commission days. So glad I dont have to work for sc-aps any more.
Lol and then they want us to get leads. Even if we dont get a .01 lead, is 35 bucks...a very far cry from the 200 average ticket nonsense to even qualify. Hey, I was born on a Thursday but it wasn't last Thursday....
Hey cha ching ,yours will be 780 soon! Cha Chunk!
Beat buy is running 24 months no interest or 10% off on most major appliance purchases. They have 5 people stationed at appliances and only work by appointment. They give Covid masks and hand sanitizer for the appointment. They also has a survey to verify you weren’t interrupted during the appointment.
Yes I looked at it, and this is a great bonus plan...for Marvin that is! No payouts= more cash to the bottom line.
It's not a scam. My SPH in appliances was set at $490 a few months ago and hasn't wavered. And in my market, we're blowing it out of the water. Cha-Ching!
Love it! They want us out or at least they won't have to pay the specialist. Kudos to the corporate guru who looked at the year end SPH on all specialists........and put the bar above it,and say this is how much money were going to save while they scramble to achieve it! We win there not smart enough to to figure it out, well some are.....let's drive sales?
They haven't even released the SPH yet. Read the wire task again. The figures on there are minimum average ticket... It's to prevent us from jumping on the register and getting our sales
This was just another way to screw us specialists out of our potential quarterly "winning together" bonus. Corporate can and will likely continue to modify this new program at will. And even if you get a half way decent bonus for any given month that will only drive up your department's budget for next year which will make it increasingly difficult to bonus significantly in the future. Don't be fooled for a second that this was ever about the employees. The SPH (sales per hour) will prove to be just another metric that we are measured against along with protection plan and detail close rates, LCC applications, exterior project leads, customer compliments, etc.
Specialists are a waste of money.
I work in appliances and mine was basically doubled since last week. It’s a Sears tactic.
