Tried to access their site but hitting intermittent errors. What’s the latest? Did everyone get the severance checks? I didn’t

HR said to expect a response after Sept. However as someone pointed out that if Nordy declares bankruptcy, no one will get a payout. How can they do this? Are existing employees still getting paid?
Haven’t heard a peep from HR since June 17.
