I think the word is the total layoffs for 2020 are now +16K with more to come before the year is out.
Yes, was laid off Aug 27 after 11 years. They keep the young and lay off the mature seasoned. A call from the manager who is inexperienced and no HR on call with them. This is not good

I think we’re lucky it’s only 8k for now. There’s 195k people, so only over 4%.
Boeing did 12-15% and GE did 25%. We’re not out of the woods yet however
