Since only people in scope for Round 3 have access to details, can anyone share what they have learned from the jobs that were released this morning? I’m in Round 4 and I’m curious what the PSG ranges are for Managers vs Team Leads, what kind of remote/all USA locations are available, or any other information that hasn’t been widely shared yet. Actually there are more, you need to select your function from the top (round), there are 632 jobs for R3 FE/OPS/CP
To date, only 347 jobs posted. Most are downstream (Manufacturing, America/International fuels & Lubricant, Pipeline & Power, chemicals, supply & trading, shipping, trading, and etc), with global locations.
Only a handful of Upstream positions (Commercial advisor, SNR Commercial coordinator, etc).
Round 3 rules are as follows. Psg 25-27, 4 postings total. Psg 24 can post up 2 jobs. Everyone can post unlimited times on LinkedIn, where your odds are honestly better LOL. HSE TL job is 25-26 if your a female, 28-30 if your a white male just like DP likes it to be. Tough break.
It looks like there is no consistency in the hse function. There are team leads @ 25 to 26 and managers @ 25 and 26 in different orgs. It’s all over the place. I’m not in the function but I wonder if they mostly copy and pasted it from the BUs?
For any function, I guess. But details for HSE if possible.
