Heard today that their SM got walked and new one is in place as of today.
Heard the reason was low receipt survey numbers.

If their customer flow is anything like ours, sales was likely not an issue.
Find it hard to believe that was the sole reason, maybe the tippping point. How were stores sales?
So it's not okay to falsify survey numbers but it's okay to pencil whip the schedules to falsify department coverage
