Ambassadors –
Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. We want to give you an update on the status of park staffing. At this time, our parks are fully staffed for our current days of operation capacity needs. While we believe that the demand will increase in the future, we do not currently have any way of predicting the timeline for increased staffing needs. We realize this time is challenging for our teams, especially for those remaining on furlough.
As an important reminder, furloughed Ambassadors will be contacted directly by the Human Resources team if/when their position is needed to staff the park. Ambassadors should NOT reach out to their direct Supervisor or Manager regarding their status. Park Leaders are not able to respond to each Ambassador, and must focus on running the parks. We appreciate your understanding on this subject.
