Our employee hours are still cut. Full timers are averaging 28 hours or less per week. Most part timers that were called back are getting zero. Schedules are altered after being made with hours cut. Sometimes we are called the morning of and asked not to come in. This is a large and very busy store. It cannot function with these cuts. Full time associates cannot get by on 28 hours per week. Everyone is worried and stressed.

27 or 28 hours when people haveva family to feedbis nothing. Plus they insist that ft people have open availability. Some employees are purely trapped there due to needing the benefits.
Outside of Charlotte they are cutting full time hours badly.
Full time is guaranteed 30 hours in the Charlotte area
Full time getting between 21 and 28 hours.
