As usual East Fishkill, Monroe and Middletown NY Frontier no money spent on equipment to keep them on the air in an emergency. There used to be a Public Service Commission to keep these outposts honest . Johnstown/Gloversville and Clinton & Essex County NY as well.

How about the "one tech out" program. Yeah, you take the whole trouble ticket from beginning to the end. Just perfect....central office people trying their hands with cable splicers, cable gang, and I & R....hours passes as they tried to find their way around....sure........save money...customers furious.
