our store managers spend $119 on lunch today on Belk’s store credit card, how is this allowed?

Store managers or corporate visit? Sounds like an approved lunch for 10; $10 corporate approved lunch for one traveling associate, plus tax and tip included.
If so, total is a bargain. Moderate companies allow at least $15 for lunch, including tax and tip. Belk is known for not observing industry standards; much lower than other’s that travel for retail and far below any other industry.
Now that's just messed up. This company is in too bad of shape for that. How about spend that on employees that are working like dogs and sometimes don't even get a lunch .
