So FTRās change to Data/Voice only service is a point in the right direction. Obviously the new FOG/FOX ONTās came with problems but with time it will be fixed. Eliminating VIDEO saveās on overhead and material. Jobs are now being completed faster.
Many Vendors had padded numerous pockets of Verizon employees to sell their products. Example, with the introduction of the 610/612 ONT techs where told to use Dipexlers. FOR WHAT????? GROUNDING BARRELS. FOR WHAT????? Numerous other materials. FOR WHAT???? A complete sham over the years what techs where told to do just because some Telco/Cable vendor padded pockets.
The move to āDATA ONLYā would have come a lot sooner had FTR dumped all VERIZON VENDORS. And in theory FTR could have been saving money instead of loosing.

A diplexer simply separates the signal, has nothing to do with grounding. Your terrible understanding and explanation make your comment discreditable.

Speaking of padding, please go back to your padded room. You make zero sense. Di-plexers are not grounding barrels my understanding is they split off the signal. OK on the ONT's.
