Has anyone who claimed their severance pay on unemployment get their unemployment money the same week with severance? I’m in California and my unemployment still says pending. I did call them because I was recently on disability so that might be the reason also but looks like I will have to call them again.

If you are in Texas you will still receive it while they are investigating it
I reported my severance and still received my normal amount of unemployment. so CA doesn't seem to penalize for severance payment. I wish those mo–ns in DC would compromise on a benefit bill.
