I used to be a GHRN admin. That was the worst complaint desk and job I’ve ever had. Whoever said they pass the buck to the GHRN Qe is on crack. It’s the exact opposite. A GHRN QE is just a reject from the field DE team. True story!!

GHRN admin remains since Allstate just complete the big footprint adding a tons of shops and handling a ton of concerns and issues from the shops and customers GHRN Admins one of the most important position at this time ( per one of the top leaders ) so they are safe and will be safe for a while... cheers for u guys!! Keep the great work!
