Technology just reorged, and it’s a disaster. Some roles eliminated, some leaders are actually being asked to apply for non-leadership roles. Design tossed around like it doesn’t matter And given to product management. New roles (scrum master?!?) being added that make it sound like its 2001. This company is a dumpster fire and deserves the fallout from a mass exodus. Morale is in the toilet.

I think the tech employees that were let go in May got a nice head start. I'm already making $30,000 more a year with better work/life balance! No more on-call! Thank you for the early layoff d—s!
