How far do you think they'll cut salaried employees? Shutting down Martinez and Gallup. Will there be cuts at the other refineries?

Mplx announcement later night.
Layoffs in Denver
What groups in Findlay were affected?
Several people at Los Angeles have been notified that I know so far.
All they can to get the big guys a bigger bonus.
Over 50 let go at Catlettsburg. One with 1.5 years service...after 3 internships. TAR starts Wed. Timing is everything!
I got laid off in ND on the pipeline side.
What area We’re you for the person in the pipeline that was laid off
Heard 3 technicians in the Lima Area were laid off/let go but were all of the retirement age with many years of service.
I'm in pipeline and I just got laid off in an extremely understaffed, busy, profitable area..
Nothing in Pipeline yet.
Just got laid off in SLC
Layoffs in Detroit
No word of layoffs at SLC
Robinson has also started notifying this morning.
Layoffs at St Paul Park started this morning
Layoffs in San Antonio have begun this morning.
GBR layoffs have apparently begun.
Layoffs have started in Findlay this morning.
Anything happen at other sites yet or is everyone still waiting?
25-30% of costs across business. Not 'workforce'. But I do believe it will be a sad week. Hearing re-org email on 9/29 and the layoff notices 10/1 or 10/2. The date after 9/30 is significant because there were many ANDV employees with retention clauses, etc., that would be liable for packages within the first two years of acquisition.
What departments were notified of layoffs?
If they’re willing to shutdown whole refineries..... I fear for the worst but hope for the best.
At least some Supervisors were informed on Friday at 5pm. Up to 400 contractors and employees in Findlay alone.
Heard 25-30% reduction in force
Heard severance packages and notifications begin 9/28. Really scary right now.
If Findlay employees are returning October 5, then layoffs are prior to that.
Heard the managers that forward emails for a living will get the brunt of it across the company.
I heard that Corporate wants all Findley employees back in the office Oct 5th. Is that true? Would this be the date of layoffs?
Our site still hasn’t been told anything. We are aware only because other sites have been transparent and that information has spread. Seems like something needs to happen soon to make their end of year goal. Have reductions started at other sites yet?
Names were submitted / ranked by department in June for layoffs.
Findlay has plenty of cuts coming, too. Lots of useless middle managers.
Supposed to be in Oct sometime
I would think engineering/capital projects is a likely target
Has anyone heard rumors of any specific cuts they'll go after?
Not a rumor. Several sites have opened discussed deep cuts will be completed before end of year.
Rumor is after Labor Day the cuts will be made.
Yes
