Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Next Round of Layoffs

Has anyone heard when the next round of layoffs will occur and how many will be cut? With the industry suffering for the foreseeable future I'm worried that lack of revenue will put more folks out of work.

Whoa.. no DPM. No balancing the curve... VPC based on overall company result , not personal one... am I dreaming or is it Sabre?

who in their right mind would apply to work in any open US role for Sabre ? - that vs unemployment. Unemployment wins everytime.

C'mon. You are kidding. We have our glorious pioneer projects, five times more backlog than capacity, we are severely understaffed. We can't have layoffs or the whole GCP innovation mambo-jumbo is a piece of c-ap... oh, wait...

With the smaller number of customers left standing, many keep announcing layoffs and downsizing ops with fewer and fewer routes. Hard to think that PB rates will keep Sabre afloat.

Nobody knows details but scenario planning is happening. The last round of layoffs is only wrapping up now in some EMEA countries. So anticipate January.
