Anyone an ASM that has been let go or know of any that have been let go. Is there severance for them?

Most ASMs left are lazy in my district! Cut them!
ASMs run the stores not the store managers. They cut ASMs they go further down hill as a company. At least that's how it is in my store.
No but would be better to cut the dead weight store managers that just sit in their office and are completely out of touch with their own stores. We need LEADERS in those positions not the same old tired managers that point but don’t help or motivate.
