What will the severance pay be for Burleson techs? What was the most recent severance pay?

Standard as someone else said is 1 week per year to 13, however, if the area hits WARN Act then you get enhanced which is minimum 8 weeks and max 23 based on time in service and title, WARN also gives you 60 days of benefits.

Since everyone else is being typical Halliburton a holes. Typical severance is 1 week pay per year you have been with the company up to 13 weeks.

Jason cares nothing about the people or jobs lost at the Burleson facility, only his own career and well being. They will do the bare minimum they can get away with.

I don’t know what the severance pay will be but if it’s anything like the offers we just got it will be minimal.
