First VPS then 11 salary were hit with IPS. If Raytheon wants to stay in business after getting in bed with this company might want to start ethics investigation at this facility. Product safety is not a concern more concerned with dollar amount for month. Last December shipments were processed in SAP and loaded on box truck that sat in parking lot till after January 2020. This made it look like sales happened when they didn't. Management was the ones that made the call to do this. A married manager is sleeping with his employee right in his office. No requirements or specifications are followed, numerous failures during BSI and NADCAP audits.

This plant is about done. Corporate doesn't care what happens to us, that's why they've let things fall apart and have brought in a temp worker to oversee computer problems. Getting him to get anything done is close to impossible. The last guy actually cared.

Totally a joke here, the way it's run, everything's outsourced. All they want to talk about is production! production! Very inefficient that everything they can is subcontracted. The left hand and right hand don't know what each other is doing

Well I sit here unemployed. No income. No unemployment yet. No clue when a severance payment will come. Not paid out for my un-used paid days off. Still haven't gotten my personal belongings from my desk. Locked out of any online services to access my 401k, benefits, etc. Was told they would send me a pin number to access this info (7 days from now). Fired and forgotten! Guess I will have to find emergency services to feed my family. Was asked my last day there to rush my work so parts could ship for sales. Now my family is going hungry and there is no rush or care from the company on trying to fix any of it. Oh but make sure you sign and send in your severance agreement not to sue us!

Not propaganda just facts that a very easy to prove as soon as SEC gets wind of it I am sure you will see just how ethical management there is. Sounds to me someone is worried if you have been there 17 years there is no way you can defend them unless you are one.

Sounds to me like someone is upset and making up propaganda against management. I know this company has its quirks like everywhere else but its a damn good paying job with good people including our management. I have been here for over 17 years and our ops manager and engineering team is strong as I have ever saw. We actually have a manger that will be straight up and honest about multiple issues and problems we have. Also, we had a great ACE leader with WIl that was making strides and I don't blame mangement for our lack of local ACE- the two we have are extremely lazy and want to sit around and piss on everyone here. Overall- I think we have a great workplace with some exceptional managers and some really sorry ones at best. As stated before- Just like everywhere else

Upper management at Collins in Union WV focuses solely on production, with little thought given to important documentation of processes or improvements. The approach being used is "This machine/ computer/ equipment always worked before, why doesn't it work now?"

Because every piece of equipment will eventually fail or require maintenance.... a painful lesson going on right now at Collins WV.
