Why don't people grow a pair. Stop moaning about weekends & Mondays. If they say you have to use holidays up because there is no work then when they ask you to work O/T say you're not working it because there is no work. If they don't hit budget then they won't force you to take holidays again.
In the end they don't care a flying one about the shop floor otherwise why would they let people cross shifts and risk a covid outbreak?
