Is anyone tired of working their butts off while certain associates with in the department just wonder around and be a social butterfly. I'm a Specialist and I couldn't tell you the last time my associate has done any task with in the department. Supervisor has made a task list that ended up filled with my initials. Bring it to a higher up like my ASM and they just laugh it off and im fed up with it all and tired of having to produce all the numbers in my department doesn't help that my second specialist in my department is just as sorry as the associate. Anyone else having the same issues at their store and what can i do to solve the issue

Haha, hey everyone it’s the “I do everything and carry the entire team on my back” person commenting below. Which means they think highly of themselves and are full of c-ap. Same as the person running their mouth about how big their ..... is.
We have an emotional volatile female SM. She promotes strictly based on who she likes & is kissing her behind the most on that given day. Our store is now staffed by lazy misfits.
I see it all the time especially with some summer help. Closing shift hanging out in training room after most mgmt has left and on personal phone most of the time, gone for hours from OSLG, and others take way long breaks lunches, guessing didn’t clock out. Sitting in their car. Zero oversight in GC for closing shift. Only good thing is I only have to deal with them a few weeks more. Not all summer college people, one guy is the hardest working person I’ve seen, but he’s the exception.
No I take pride in doing my job correctly. I literally carry the whole specialist team on my back as far as leads and details. As far as smarts for the job been doing it almost as long as the associate has been out of diapers
Just get some bad corporate walks that usually gets some good attention
Lowes has always suffered from favoritism, and if you want to advance, forget about it. they will keep you in your position to keep the numbers up or the department in shape.
