Yeah who got base pay raises? We over here at 9.50.
Glad you all are getting bonus I have worked there 14 years and the only thing we see is a damn turkey for our Christmas. This man could give a good bonus to his workers that make him all his money if he wanted to. But he does not give a sh– about us.
Correct. No reviews. Doesn't matter if you work hard or slack off, everyone basically gets the 3% raise. So much for any work ethic anyone had left.
Merit Pay raises have resumed like normal. There are no evaluations though. HR is pretty much just giving everyone 3’s
Its ok , they don't need people at the stores any more. They will just hire more High dollar VP's or Directors at Corp. They will sit around having meeting and running the company from their offices.
Who is getting base pay raises?
Most people are quiet because no one knows what’s going on anymore. Not a single full timer at my store got the full 500 bonus. Hours and responsibilities are all over the place. Half the senior staff at my store including an ASM has been laid off or quit. Basspro has done the bare minimum compared to other retailers and I’m waiting for the best opportunity to leave this company.
