I can't believe our leadership is not addressing the elephant in the room. There is nothing on mysite. They know we know and say nothing. What kind of leadership is that?

They sent out a video this afternoon how we sell will be much stronger when this is all over. We are much stronger together. Well together is getting the axe but upoer management still gets their bonus.
I believe that uppet management wants to keep a low profile right about now. You would think that a goid strong communication flow down would be effective to make the employees more comfortable with the layoff action .
