I wonder if The HR system being down Thurday to Monday is an indication. You can't access anything right now. Maybe they dont want you to change anything as they do the packages. Followed by deleting alot of people out of the system on Monday

That combined with leadership not addressing it. If it was 60 days away I think they would have said something to put people at ease. But if all they have to do is lay low until Friday, why bother.
Possibly - this would make sense .
Interesting timing. Since Open enrollment is also open and we cant access it. Hmmmm...
