Have they made any changes to the usual package due to the pandemic? What do they offer now? Is there any extended medical coverage provided or is it an immediate cut?
I'm positive there'll be more layoffs before the end of the year so I'd like to be as informed as I can be ahead of time.
country stagey is going on for each country by end of this year- Australia : 10 weeks + 2 weeks/year of service , till max of 52 weeks + pension relative to Australia
1 month salary for each year of service upto 24 months.
30 days medical coverage after termination.
