As an somewhat long term employee with some common sense, they will not say a word until the day you walk in, and bring you into a room for a meeting. It’s Corp, and it’s how they address it. Just be prepared to lose your job, but if you make it through, bless your counting stars and pray for others to survive on the outside. It’s upsetting, and it’s unruling how they do things. That’s why I love mom and pops shops. It’s the dice we roll when we join a big company. I’m truly sorry for anyone that this will effect, and may you find peace outside of it. NB Plant is actually not so bad. They actually want to hire 120 more people even though there is hardly any work on the commercial side. However, they are gonna bring tons of military work so the immediate future is not so grim. NB Plant.
Good question, I would like to say more indirect will get hit, a little more salary and maybe the floor. But the odd thing is, we’re hiring 100 within the plant... its definitely mind Boggling.
Do you think Digital Technology will get affected? We are only 230 people supporting 30,000 workforce.
