Middletown will he hit with cuts. Don’t be surprised when it happens. Hayes was clear about cutting “high cost manufacturing” locations

NB is significantly lower cost than CT though.

Obviously with layoffs. Indirect folk are vulnerable with expensive folk. Whole CE unit is getting hammered
