Flawless execution occurs at the employee level when individuals decide they’ve had enough and resign to get renewed control of their lives. While Baker Hughes will certainly screw something up for those individuals as well, it is the WORKERS who once again are flawless in that last great act as an employee.

It’s obviously the service delivery function of the organization that is working hard on keeping the customer NPT in check. That’s what the award was for. If remote operations and properly- trained personnel is the new norm (albeit less headcount) the company looks great in the eyes of the customer.

Unless the award was internally awarded by executive leadership...well then that is like high fiving yourself which IS an embarrassment
