I heard from a co-worker this morning that my old manager had a team meeting late yesterday. In it the manager said, “we will get through this, after all we are family “. He told me he nearly choked. There is no family anymore at RJ. If you are still there milk the money but don’t trust management they are out for themselves.

I left RJ years ago. Used to have to do the BCP events, and when we worked those we would put in upwards of 80-90 hours that week. A slap on the back and an 8 hour compensation date was our reward.
Prioritize family over work. Working for a company is but family.
Anyone who works those hours is being very foolish. I dont say that to be mean, just being honest. Even 45 hour weeks equate to 8 hours a day M-F and 5 more on Saturday. Life is more than your job.
Nobody every laid on their deathbed and thought, "I wish I'd spent more time working."
I’ve heard from people that used to put in 50-60 hour weeks. They said no more
