Congratulations on your promotion! At DXC you were a part of years and years of gutting the workforce. Dedicated hard working experienced people. You were a big part of off shoring enormous amounts of jobs on contracts that are paid for directly by our US tax dollars. You were a big part of year after year of no raises for employees (while you collected millions personally) and the decision to b–tardize and continually not reward experienced workers at level 5 and above (we aren't all leaders). You were a big part of people leaving in droves due to no raises and no respect . You directly affected huge loses in revenue due to the Medicaid contracts not being able to staff timely and retain staff. You sat by quietly while the previous CEO bullied and beat up leaders. Why should we think your leadership will be any different this time around?

The announcement about the new Gainwell CEO was certainly a buzzkill.
I was hoping for a CEO with experience in and a vision for state & local healthcare technology. Or does that make too much sense to be possible in the bizarre world we live in?
His not in charge of a dead horse, he is the dead horse. How can a CFO who has twice shrunk the turnover of a company (CSC then DXC) from 26billion to under 15billion get promoted from cfo to ceo.
Something very fishy. Sorry people who are moving across and were hoping for rises as this guy is so bad that losswell sorry i meant gainwell wont be going anywhere in 5 years
In charge of another dead horse now, with DXC moving this guy on perhaps it could move slowly into improving itself.
Feel sorry for the employees at Gainwell Technology - quickly watch this guy and if he chops and cause chaos around then get rid of him before it is too late.
This guy cant lead anything, just produces some figures and waffle on a board meeting.
Year on year the only good thing he can do is lose business and shrink turnover. Usually 10% a year.
Maybe DXC will turn a corner without PS.
Good luck Gainwell your loss is DXC's gain.
