Veritas Capital, a leading investor in government and healthcare technology businesses, today announced Gainwell Technologies as the new name of the U.S. State & Local Health and Human Services business it plans to acquire from DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC). Veritas and DXC expect to close this transaction, which was previously announced on March 10, 2020, on October 1, 2020.

Welcome to Gainwell Technologies !!! A new (sic) beginning , where they can't even manage the Town Hall to announce this to the employees... Most employees cannot connect and the response is ... THEY ARE WORKING ON IT, BETTER TO WAIT FOR THE REPLAY...

It sure is a REPLAY of the failed DXC... As usual it s a GAINWELL for Investors...and LOSE BADLY for the employees

As a CFO Paulie was responsible for non paying bills at DXC. Before FY end electronic bills were "lost" i nhigh numbers. And shifted to the next quarter.
I guess he will do the same here.

Nobody could get on the Intro Town Hall. Great start guys. Just finished watching the replay. Saleh says we'll have a great employee experience. Still nothing on raises which is the only thing employees really care about after 7 years of nothing. Great job of deflating the workforce. Nothing has changed and it will probably get worse.
