The new plan is to write everyone up for anything even minor-Managers exempted for sure, can also be viewed as setting up for constructive dismissal, management do not really have the skills to coach and mentor employees in a positive way. They are being driven to assign blame .They have not or cannot resolved all the major issues hence the blame game. Someone has to take the hit and it's going to be you.
When the last were you thanked for a job done well? You are going to be singled out when the systems you are working with fails, the blame is coming to you anyways. Have you been written up lately for something silly?

Anyone hear or layoffs in Mexicali which is predominately manufacturing and engineering? I haven’t? Why are they remaining untouched? Possible rite to replace CV and Riverside???? What’s everyone’s thoughts on what’s really going on here?
