For all employees that were let go and have medical coverage through COBRA (for a certain amount of weeks, per severance agreement). The subsidy’s are now loaded on line for you to chose your elections. For example before the subsidy my COBRA payment was $1280 with medical/vision for 2 people. Now BBB loaded the subsidy amount and now my payment was $240.82, that is for September. They do back date to 9/1/30, with NO option. So if you have any medical or pr-scrip-ions you had to pay out of pocket, you can submit a claim for a refund. Took over a month to get paperwork. Last day was end of January, got paperwork beginning of March
My husband is unemployed through layoffs from store closings with Bed, Bath and Beyond/Harmon .. how long does it take to get forms from cobra to sign up? We need to get on the plan as soon as possible. Have many health issues

I was not part of the severance. But I've heard from co workers , it's been a nightmare.
