Merry Freakin Christmas
This is highly unusual to begin a rollout in the midst of the quarter we're in. I thought it'd be the 1st week of November. Our mgt didn't really see it coming, either. We currently have open reqs for 3/67/19, D23/24, OGP DM, and a FT CSM.
What about Super Centers with a volume of 95-100m annually? We have 2 COs now.
Is OGP affected?
The God-awful Work Place is about to commence. This won't k–l morale or cause the place to become an even bigger revolving door for new hires. /s
In our store it is cutting DMs in half to team leads and taking 9 ASMs to 6 Coach positions. The Cos are going to 1 Store lead. Store manager is not effected. Not sure if it’s going to all stores just yet or just being tested in a larger region. I’m pretty sure at the very least it is effecting 1000 of 5200 stores if not more.
In all stores? Management has been having a lot of meetings.
