Jeesh that was a heartless thing to say.
Well, that is a massive problem in the Walmart world – Communication! Important communication is withheld – until the very last minute – and then there is no time to digest everything. You feel like you have been hit by a semi truck. The total lack of respect for the employee regarding critical communication has always bothered me. It's like we are on a need to know basis – and you don't need to know until we decide you do – even though these decisions can devastate your world. Shame on this company! This is that place.
@Op Down voted for such an ignorant cryptic post. Since leadership (or lack of) and management don't bother to share details with their associates, details should be shared with what you 'know.' Instead we get a (more often than not) childish nyah, nyah, I know something you don't, so eff off.
Walmart is change. If you don't like it leave.
