Management and HR tells our small site same thing- we are lucky to have a job. No, you are lucky us little folks don’t walk and puts up with this c-ap, because we should just walk the hell out while you sit on thrones casting orders like we are your servants. Meanwhile they still collect their bonuses and spend money left and right on BS, but we can’t even get a canister of oil to grease a squeaky door.

I am pretty sure the Aventics facility in Lexington, KY is union.
That’s correct today. U.S. Motors wrestled with this years ago before they were sold to an Asian entity.

The only union shop for US I believe is in Marshalltown.
They have either busted them or moved the facility into a RW state / outside of US.
The plants in Mexico are union.
A couple Emerson BUs previously had unions. You may want to talk with some people that recall how that worked. Sounds like those making union suggestions have not been at Emerson very long.
Anyone know where one can acquire some Union cards , be nice to start passing them out.
Its always the same, i really do t understand why Emerson has not fired the Management here. They think they are the best leaders but are just dumb sh–s. Biggest one is the Plant Manager, who loves his a– kissed

We need a Union, someone to represent all. Management only recognizes butt kissers
Same comments from many Emerson managers that we are lucky to still have a job. That’s Emerson standard playbook that every manager is taught.
That’s why we need laws like in Netherlands to protect workers from tyrannical management.
