And it was anything but good customer service. Not because of co workers being rude. It's the fact with the termination of our FT and Manager's we don't have enough coverage. The front end is hurting, the sales floor bad. The customers are mad they can't find any help. How can we do our jobs right, doing TBS orders , make sure you sign them up for BEYOND +, email capture, sign up for the BBB credit card.
The DM'S reaching out to Management about the conversation rate , and asking why is it bad.
There is so much pressure on the Manager's to get it right, I don't see how they do it.
Hopefully there is light at the end of the tunnel.
