Nope. Sent the service center multiple emails and still nothing. They did give me the option to email or fax them a signed copy.
i got mine a week ago, after numerous emails and phone calls they finally sent it. So happy I never have to deal with this POS company anymore.
No! I’ve called and emailed HR several times and still nothing!
I emailed and asked for mine to be resent still haven’t received it. I was told they had a batch of expired fedex labels that were invalid so that’s why so many haven’t received theirs.
Check your state laws. There are laws that specify the amount of time an employer has to deliver the severance package to you.

Trying calling .. and keep emailing until you get a reply. Emailing is key it leaves a paper trail. I received mine 3 weeks later after emailing them several times. Good Luck!

Contact HR! I didn’t get mine emailed HR was given the option to email them a signed copy, then three days later I got mine in the mail.
