NOV is on the verge of bankruptcy. They have no choice but to layoff everyone that is not bringing in revenue. I think NOV is going to get bought out within the next 12 months by a chinese company.

I work in accounting and based on the numbers I saw last week, Norway overhead cost is the highest amongst all NOV sectors. I havent heard about layoffs in Norway but I won't be surprised if they do happen.
