Those who worked with SR ot SN were given 26 weeks severance
Make sure if you get legal counsel they request a list of those furloghed who got full 26 weeks severance.

The issue is that many of us could have been let go at the same time as they were, and thus given the severance under the old policy. Or they could have kept the old policy for this round of layoffs and changed it for anyone being laid off later. People that actually knew what the policy was and could take actions based on that, as far as if they wanted to maintain their employment or not.
So it is not that those two were let go a while ago, it is why were more of us not also let go at that time so we could get the additional severance.
How can they do that for some and not others with same tenure?.......so wrong...they have no soul

One of those was hourly.
Looks like they are honoring the old policy for some salaried employees.
