I've been searching for the last three months and what I'm seeing is anything but good. Could be my age, could be the pandemic, but the only offers I've so far received come with a ridiculously low pay. Nothing that can even remotely tempt me to leave my current job. I'm just hoping I'm not laid off soon and I don't have a choice but to accept something like that.
