Who has time to keep posting on workplace? Some people on there seem to have no clue of reality in the business units- too many posts are so happy and optimistic.

If it wasn't for the fact I might get fired I'd post something on workplace about my average day, the day before I get terminated before severance . Something Like wake at 11am. -> check email, 12 lunch, 1pm Post on Workplace about health benefits of walking my dog 2pm Walk the dog, report on Workplace how many steps I did 4pm Watch TV etc . I try to make it as satirical as possible with anecdote after anecdote steadily becoming more silly and obviously made up copying some posts by the leaders and generally making fun of their antics. Ah one can fantasize.
The great thing about Workplace is it indicates all the people on the team stay clear of LOL

First off, the dog pictures are the only redeeming aspect of Workplace.
Second, the people replying on every D&I post truly think it matters what they thing and that D&I defines all aspects of life. Problem is they don’t realize it’s actually all the other stuff that matters instead.
Who? That's easy, the usual s—ers...the ones that have two screens (even at home) and that half of the time are re-posting content or placing irrelevant comments to what the leaders share. Oh, and the Millenials who somehow continue to think that a university degree is enough. Boy, they are for an ugly surprise...better learn something else than Workplace, can't survive outside with CVX's Kool Aid.
A waste of employee’s time; but, hey - fulfilled some IT’s id–ts pmp!!!! To think - as a shareholder- one would support this waste of time!!! Truly the disconnect that management does not care to address!’
It’s literally in people’s PMPs to post on workplace to engage the workforce so idk what you want them to do
As much as dislike Workplace it isn't as much a winging people.
Just a bunch of incompetent tossers blowing their own trumpet to get some attention
