A few days ago I had a customer berate me for lack of employees because she had to wait to be assisted. I kept apologizing to her but she was not mollified. She then asked me for corporate’s number which I happily provided. I hope she does call and complain. Corporate needs to know that their precious customers are NOT happy especially after the recent layoffs.

Unless the customer is shopping online, they don’t care. And even online is iffy.
