I'm told that ZOOM calls are being scheduled with salary folks that will be laid off. If you are one of them, I'd urge you to download what you can (personal data), because as SOON as the call is completed, you'll have all access to email, Engineering, SAP, etc. cut off.

Why does Big Raytheon get to axe only PW and Collins staff? One company my a–. When the chips are down the leadership always pull the same stunt. Their lack of creative minds forces them to open the trap door on their employees. How about don’t hire more than what you need! I was laid off back in 2015 and now this? Seriously! WTF?

I'm hearing a lot about big cuts in hourly union workers in Middletown. I just talked to a friend in HR. It is happening very soon.

Mostly hourly employees

That would translate to between 10% and 15% of the workforce, if true.

Any idea on what parts of the business are getting axed? Any types of workers in particular?
