Thread regarding Barnes & Noble layoffs

Anyone return to B&N after being humiliated and laid off in 2018?

Was it really worth it?

It's the same, whiney group of "victims," that can never move on in life.

Just like you can’t read a post without using your “trigger “ words.
Move on past a post you don’t agree with? No.
Complain about not liking a post that complains. You’re more pathetic than the “pathetic “people you constantly bit*h about.

“ They are. You’re just crying too loud trying to get attention”

T R U E !!
He just berates posts by those he thinks are ex employees. He’s obviously intimidated by them and that the employees know they were treated badly.
Probably a corporate kissa*s.

I love how the middle aged infants are triggered by the word "Coddled."

I don't even think my great grand parents ever used the word coddle.

The coddled & whiney,,,,
Should be a new soap opera'
What can YOU do for Barnes & Noble?
Why is it always, Barnes & Noble has to coddle me, like a middle aged infant?
And the troll returns. The adults are talking now. Go back under your bridge.

I wish corporate and management would level with us. Why is everything such a big damn secret?
If they were honest and treated employees well ,they wouldn’t have to hide things from us , or the public.

Have the working conditions gotten any better or worse?
I personally am glad to be away from the toxicity.

I’m sure the mgr brought back the head cashier to humiliate him., if he hated him so much.

Wow that really is sad. Covid hasn't made it easier to find work either.
Some money is better than no money, I suppose.
You really can't trust any company these days, they'll all screw you.

THREE of the 5 from my store returned. The Nook , Bargain & Head Cashier. The Head Cashier was hated by mgr. At first he was told no. He begged to come back after working in a coffee shop & Walmart. The booksellers talked about them like they were pathetic. Felt sorry for them that they took demotions & pay cuts.
