I have an old contact from corporate, and supposedly they might have a fraud allegation coming down the pike. It has to do with defrauding employees from wages and benefits. Also has to do with defrauding vendors. If it’s true and it gets out, that’s the final nail in the coffin. They’ll get sued by vendors and they’ll have a class-action lawsuit filed by employees, both current and prior. I was told that they’re very nervous about this.

As a former draw based commission associate, I hope they are investigated. At least Jeff got his bonus though.

I believe. That they stole commissions from me when I worked there . I would sell 1500 dollars come back from lunch to only see I had $300. A lot of coworkers notice this fraud too. There is no way any of us got 1000 dollars return on us in 1hr.
fraud is rampant in department store retail, just look at Sears, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, The Bon-Ton, Stein Mart all these CEO’s basically rob employees to get a bonus. it should be illegal.
