short on help. Yesterday, Labor Day..we were busy, customers waiting for help, not enough cashiers.

Man, there sure are a lot of DMs and SMs posting the company line lately. No one in their right mind would come back after the way they were treated by this company, especially not for less money and no benefits. Delusional much?
Why would they come back? Less hours, pay and no benefits? You would have to be pretty “special” to go back there
Why would any FT associates, or managers, be willing to come back PT, after being terminated, and put up with this Sh– Show?
I agree. One of our Dept Sup came back PT last week.
