That’s what social engineering and calling it digital and ET does. The corruption of trendy systems and sale and sharing of customer data For “big data grabs” and shady marketing.
People are getting to Promotions and raises and titles.
It all lacks integrity and the insurance industry in general has too.
Maybe. But we had our leader write some article/adverorial in readers digest. That is something.
But in 60-90 days, we'll have additional production......and be 60-90 days behind on lapse/can. An endless cycle. So the best numbers we can use are the ones we have. Next.
Does anyone on here understand that lapse can policy are not counted yet. It will take 60-90 days to truly know where we are with production and total gained policies. Duh!
But we all love systematic intrusive marketing. Messages and trendy sales practices and pricing and third parties running State Farm.
Not always good
We will not be #2 for long, I’m thinking #20. It’s pretty bad when everyone who knows you work here has a “I got screwed from State Farm story”. Years ago when we had competent leadership you rarely heard anything bad.
Do any of you realize State Farm has grown 1,026,000 autos, PROFITABILY and a total of about 1.7million new accounts through 9/8? It’s an amazing achievement, the second highest in company history.
If you stopped whining long enough, you’d see your Employee Incentive Plan is on target for a full payout agent this year.
Remember, those reports are based on total written premium, not the number of cars insured. Geico is still millions short of our autos total.
stupid tipsords who play stupid games win stupid prizes.
One day they will learn that it's not about price, it's not about cutting costs, it's not about power and it's not about political posturing. It's about how you treat people on both the inside and outside. It's about corporate values and ethics. It's about integrity and respect for your fellow man that creates value. Once a business loses its ethics, it's hard to keep its market share. Play with fire and you're bound to get burnt.
Who is we?
Old news.
Yep, we screwed the pooch.
Oh well. This is what happens when you keep making stupid changes on a regular basis.
